  • Account information: if you create an account, your login email and authentication metadata.
  • Payment information: processed directly by our payment gateway partner Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or net-banking credentials on our servers.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device type, browser, IP address and cookies used to improve the Site.
  • Communications: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, Instagram or the contact form.

2. How we use your information

  • To process and ship your orders and provide order updates.
  • To respond to your queries and provide customer support.
