Shipping Policy

We ship Growterra Organics products across India through trusted courier partners. This policy explains our dispatch timelines, delivery estimates and shipping charges.
1. Order processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other locations in India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote pin codes: may take up to 10 business days.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code and order weight.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value; current free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.
4. International shipping
At present we ship only within India. We are working on enabling international shipping — please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
5. Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not liable for non-delivery arising from an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional courier charges may apply.
6. Undelivered or lost shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking shows no update for more than 7 business days, please email hello@growterraorganics.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
