Welcome to Growterra Organics. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website growterraorganics.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
The Site is owned and operated by Growterra Organics ("we", "us", "our"), based in India. You may contact us at hello@growterraorganics.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Products & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We strive to display product colours, ingredients and descriptions as accurately as possible; minor variations may occur.
- We reserve the right to modify prices, withdraw products or limit order quantities at any time without notice.
4. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and popular wallets. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability or inability to ship to your address.
5. Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping timelines, return windows and refund procedures are described in our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, accounts or systems.
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Reproduce, copy or resell any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Growterra Organics name, logo, product photography, copy, illustrations and design — is the intellectual property of Growterra Organics or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
9. Disclaimer
Our products are personal-care and wellness items derived from botanical ingredients. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We recommend a patch test before first use and consultation with a qualified medical professional if you are pregnant, nursing or have a known medical condition or allergy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growterra Organics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growterra Organics, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
