Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Growterra Organics we want you to love every product you receive. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return a product, and receive a refund.

1. Order cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
  • To cancel, email hello@growterraorganics.com with your order number.
  • Once an order has been packed and handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Returns & replacements

For hygiene and safety reasons, our skincare, haircare and wellness-tea products are non-returnable once opened. We will, however, replace or refund products in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered damaged or tampered with.
  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect quantity.
  • The product is defective or has manifestly expired on arrival.

To raise a claim, email hello@growterraorganics.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos and/or a short video of the issue, including the outer packaging and batch label.

3. Refund process

  • Once a return or claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded.
  • Shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged, defective or wrong items.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare or tea products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items returned without prior approval from our customer-care team.
  • Free gifts or samples.

5. Failed or duplicate transactions

If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is normally auto-reversed by your bank within 7 business days. If it is not, write to us with the transaction reference and we will follow up with Razorpay on your behalf.
