The Best Caffeine-Free Wellness Tea to Drink in the Evening

Evenings are sacred. They're when the body finally exhales after a day of doing. The right cup of tea can help that transition — but only if it's truly caffeine-free.

Hibiscus tea is our top recommendation for evenings. Its naturally tart, fruity character feels indulgent without being heavy, and there's not a trace of caffeine in the cup. Drink it warm in winter, or chilled in summer.

Butterfly pea blue tea is another beautiful evening choice. Its mild, earthy flavour and gentle colour make it feel almost meditative. Many of our customers brew a small pot, dim the lights, and treat it as a screen-free wind-down moment.

Moringa ginger is the wildcard. It's a touch more active because of the ginger's warmth, so we recommend it for early evenings — after dinner, before you settle in. It supports digestion and feels grounding without being stimulating.

Avoid blends that list 'green tea', 'black tea', 'matcha' or 'yerba mate' as ingredients in the evening — these contain caffeine and can quietly disrupt sleep, even hours later.

Make it a ritual: kettle on, screens off, three slow breaths before the first sip. That's where the real wellness lives.
