Moringa Ginger Tea: A Daily Cup of Green Wellness
Published 25 November 2025

Moringa has earned the nickname 'the miracle tree' in many Indian households — not because of any single magical property, but because nearly every part of the plant has been used in traditional kitchens and home remedies for generations.
Its leaves are naturally rich in plant nutrients, including vitamins A and C, calcium, iron and a generous amount of plant protein per gram. When dried gently and brewed as tea, moringa offers a soft, green, slightly earthy flavour.
Paired with ginger, the cup transforms. Ginger has been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for centuries to support digestion and warmth. It cuts through moringa's green notes with a clean, peppery brightness.
Together, they make a beautifully balanced morning or post-meal cup. Many of our customers reach for moringa ginger tea on cold mornings, after a heavy meal, or as a gentle caffeine-free alternative to their usual chai.
To brew: steep one teaspoon in just-off-the-boil water for 5–7 minutes, covered. A small squeeze of lemon or a teaspoon of honey rounds it out beautifully.
Like all herbal infusions, it's an addition to a healthy lifestyle — not a replacement for one. But as daily rituals go, few are as gentle, grounding and easy to love.
